Champaign County has three strategically placed industrial developments - West Champaign Business Park, Damewood Industrial Park and the Edgewood Industrial corridor. The county's comprehensive plan is responsive to the local desire for farmland preservation, but allows for sensible industrial development to foster economic development and jobs growth.
West Champaign Commerce park
Located in western Champaign County near the interection of State Route 235 and U.S. Route 36, this park offers industrial sites from 1.5 to 15 acres. Conveniently located 14 miles from I-75 and 16 miles from I-70, the development is situated in the Village of Saint Paris, 1/2 mile south of KTH Parts Industries and offers public utilities, full-time fire/police protection and nearby employee amenities.

Edgewood industrial corridor/damewood industrial park
Both projects are located at the southern edge of the City of Urbana at State Route 55 and Edgewood Avenue. The Edgewood Corridor is home to Honeywell Aerospace, Rittal Corp, Johnson Welded Products, Marshall Plastics, International Fiber Corp. and ODW Logisitics.
