Services
Everybody is in the service business these days, correct? We think so.
Customers and clients want their problems solved in an expeditious manner, with as little cost and headache as possible. We think the midwestern values and pleasant demeanor of our county's residents make for excellent employees in this business segment. We also have the infrastructure and square footage to accomodate call centers for industries which rely on phone communications with customers. We are anxious to discuss the possibilities with companies looking for locations and workers in this area.
Talk about customer service

Services range from assistance with daily living skills to social/recreational experiences, as well as advocacy for the rights of individuals with disabilities.
Beside its corporate offices in Urbana, CRSI has regional or satellite offices located in Madison, Clark, Defiance, Miami, Lucas, Allen, Logan, Auglaize and Franklin Counties.
people still use the phone?
Sure they do! It seems like the business world has nearly turned into a 24-hour per day venture. But even with the convenience of the Internet, sometimes your clients need to speak to a live person. We are fortunate to still have a local phone company - CT Communications - which also operates a 24/7 message center for business clients in various industries, such as: funeral homes, physicians’ offices, construction companies, repair services, real estate and temporary staffing agencies just to name a few.
